Congratulations to all the confirmands and those , who joined the church today! What a thrill to speculate about all that they wiil accomplish in the future. It certainly was another meaningful service, as we all renewed our vows of faithfulness.
I can’t resist this opportunity to tell you I have had some very unusual experiences with bats. Ask me about them sometime! BTW it’s too bad they get a “bad wrap”. ( Or should I say “ bat wrap” ? Sorry I just couldn’t help myself. ) Bats are extremely important to our entire planet.
