Holy Trinity uses a Core Team model for leadership. The Core Team is made up of the pastor, the children/youth/family ministry coordinator and a certified lay minister who all serve on an ongoing basis and 6-8 members from the congregation who serve 2-year terms. An effort is made to achieve a balance of gender, to include newer and long-standing members, and members from different age groups, who are committed to helping Holy Trinity find new ways and perfect existing efforts to live out our vision: to love God, uplift people, inspire hope and grow disciples of Jesus Christ here and everywhere we go.
Current members of the Core Team include: Carol Ottoson, Collan Zehnder, Paula Green (Chair), Tanya Alemu (Finance), and Pastor Leigh Brown. Members and constituents of Holy Trinity are welcome to attend and bring issues to the Core Team in person or through one of the Core Team members.
